Nova Swarm hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform for your own personal or internal business purposes.
Prohibited Actions: You are strictly prohibited from reverse engineering, duplicating algorithms for competing products, or reselling access without written consent.
The logic governing the "Grade A Strike Zones" and "SMC (Smart Money Concepts)" integration are considered Trade Secrets. Any unauthorized disclosure or use of these logic patterns will be subject to legal action.
